Every WhatsApp number connected to the account, with quality and tier.

Numbers are connected through Embedded Signup, not through the API. This endpoint reads what Meta reports back.

Messaging tier	Unique contacts per rolling 24h
`TIER_1K`	1,000
`TIER_10K`	10,000
`TIER_100K`	100,000
`TIER_UNLIMITED`	No cap

Quality rating	Meaning
`GREEN`	High — tier can climb
`YELLOW`	Medium — recent blocks or reports
`RED`	Low — the number risks being flagged and tier-capped

GET/v1/numbers

This endpoint takes no parameters.
